Our profile Scillume Lighting is specialized in prodcing lamps and home decoration which made of brass, iron, glass and crystals with more than 15 years experience. We have srong strong R&D, production ability . Our workshop can handle all machining procedures, from designing, hardware making, polishing, painting to assembling. We have our complete producing equipments and machines.

We have lathe so we can make some special hareware fittings for our customers special requirements.We have sand-cast machine to make special sculpture fittings according to the customers need . We make the lamp frames with our profect machines and equipments, such as spot welding machine, incision machine, polishing machine punch, drill press and teethridge so on.

We have our own painting factory and we make lamps color by ourself and we also have one surface treatment equipment for specail high quality colors which our customers need. In order to guarantee the quality, we have our own perfect quality control system. To the material, we have our own standards which result from our more than 15 years experience. Beside for our standards, we also use machines to inspect the material and end products. We have our own machine to inspect the material to see it that they all meet with ROHS. We use high-voltge apparatus and polarity apparatus to check the end products along with the procedure of lighting bulbs inspection.And for the packing , we guarantee all the of them can stand up the drop-test. So we usually use the 5-layer paper and poly-foam to pack the lamps.
